Programs offered by Saba
Saba Institute teaches Arabic as a foreign language in a way that students quickly acquire the language by focusing on the five skills of language learning which are reading, writing, speaking, listening comprehension and culture. Five programs are offered at Saba all focus on the language learning but some are highly specialized.
Program 1 General Arabic Study (Fus Ha)
In this program students study the following syllabi (books prepared and provided by Saba)

2) Al-Kitaab Al- Asasi
3) Lessons in Arabic Language
4) Ahlan -wa-Sahlan
5) Arabic Language in Your Hands
Program 2 Arabic for Special Purpose
Programs are tailored to each student's specific area of study. Learners can study Arabic as it relates to a specific field of study. For example politics, history, medicine/health, culture, religion etc. In this program various books are used and include but are not limited to books on politics, economics and news broadcasts (in Arabic), classic and modern Arabic literature and poetry, Arabic history medical journals etc. The Institute offers help to students to cooperate with ministries and institutions in Sana'a pertaining to their area of study.
Program 3 for Researchers of Eastern Studies
In this program students are offered help finding resources for their projects. The institute makes agreements with international universities to offer resources and introductions for help with research projects. This is achieved through arrangements with official offices in the government and the private sector, universities, research centers and Yemeni researchers.
Program 4 Islamic Studies
This program is for those who wish to study Koran and focuses on science and explanation of Koran, Hadith and the science and explanation thereof and Islamic Law. Books are given to students according to their level and the time they wish to study in Yemen.
Program 5 Yemeni Dialect
This program is for students who wish to study the Yemeni dialect, especially those who wish to work in Yemen. The books used are produced by Saba Institute.
