1) If you would like to cancel a class please notify the institute 24 hours beforehand otherwise you must pay for the missed class.
2) If you should decide to stop studying for any reason before the scheduled termination of your lessons 20% of the fees will be returned.
3) If the teacher cancels the class you may choose either to attened class with another teacher or to make up the class with your own teacher whenever you both agree.
